September 25 starting at 3:00 PM – until ~ Stew Supper
The Nurture and Witness Commissions are working together to plan our annual Stew Supper. We want to take this opportunity to utilize this as an outreach into our community and support American Cancer Society with a luminary lighting. Homemade stew made over an open fire will be served at approximately 5:00 PM. There will be lots of activities such as a cake walk and games for both children and adults. Mark your calendars. Let’s make Barren Ridge a shining light in our community. Hope to see you there.
(What does this mean for you? We are asking all members to provide: one extra baked item for the Cake Walk, vegetables for the stew and/or sandwiches to supplement our stew meal.)
